Improve external patch bundle discovery, update detection, and metadata handling. - Add stronger GraphQL freshness and schema compatibility handling - Improve bundle and artifact identity matching across stable/dev hosts - Detect same-version artifact replacements using SHA-256 or download URL - Track the artifact URL actually installed for hashless bundles - Prevent incorrect cross-host local patch metadata reuse - Improve package search, history, and patch metadata fallback behavior - Preserve artifact identity through update notifications and dismissals - Handle case-sensitive URL identities correctly - Improve discovery navigation, caching, and local bundle matching - Add regression tests for external bundle identity and freshness behavior
Keep split selection presets synchronized with manual filter changes. - Select `Recommended for this device` when manual cleanup filters produce the recommended split set. - Re-select `All` when filter changes restore the complete split set. - Preserve explicit `Recommended for this device` deselection. Closes #667 and #674.
Update MorpheApp ARSCLib to 88d5e0811f, matching the revision used in Morphe Manager PR #1043. Address theme preview circles showing the same color for every theme in Morphe-patched YouTube and YouTube Music. Closes #740.
Fix the Android file picker reopening Downloads with file-name sorting by using the canonical Downloads root for remembered Open/Create picker launches on Android 12+, while leaving other locations and older Android versions unchanged. Defer unnecessary fallback metadata lookups during patcher log exports so the export can complete and show its success message without the previous delay, while preserving fallback metadata when it is actually needed. Closes #668 and #732.
Check export data before opening either file picker and save the prepared snapshot. Show consistent messages when no patch bundles are available, preserve options-only exports, and clear cancelled export state. Closes #742
Finish saving each APK picker's last folder before processing the selection, so navigation cannot interrupt the save. Keep separate folder histories for the Apps tab and app-selection screen. Remove the Downloads-root redirection introduced in f01260d. Device testing showed it did not fix the sorting problem. Refs #732

Adapt Morphe Manager changes for picker preferences, APK handling, patching behavior and Android backup rules. Keep signing files out of cloud backups and clear saved GitHub tokens when initializing the device-local credential marker.
- Automatically save repatched APKs and replace existing saved apps. - Update automatic repatching notifications and navigation. - Share progress tracking between regular and batch patching. - Allow finished apps to install before the batch completes. - Keep search and filter controls accessible while scrolling. - Keep resource graphs visible when scrolling back to them. - Prevent patch selections from affecting other patches.
Prune orphaned APK copies on ownership changes and storage refreshes. Preserve sources needed by installed or saved apps and pending patch results, including staging copies created during the current process. Defer cleanup while patching or cache operations are active, and retry when the last cache user finishes. Closes #745

Reorganize settings by separating Action Buttons from Navigation & Tabs and Patch List Display, move LSPosed action controls alongside the other action button settings, and simplify patch list display options. Reorder the dashboard app actions, make patch bundle display-name duplicate checks case-sensitive, persist Add Patch Bundle update preferences across sessions, use plural-aware discovery patch counts, and clarify the manager update progress label. - Add separate, default-off extra-information options for standard and compact patcher/merger graphs, including batch patching. - Nest options under their parent toggles, gray out inactive settings, and support settings search and backup import/export. - Hide history captions, peaks, CPU history and I/O details when off. Shrink cards while keeping their sizes and plot baselines aligned. - Keep Latest below the plots, showing its shared row only when needed. - Apply the normal activity theme before AppCompat restores the UI following a settings import.
- Clean temporary patch workspaces after patching and when idle. - Remove orphaned restored batch outputs while preserving pending results. - Wait for cancelled patches to finish cleanup before starting replacements. - Delete detached cache files outside the lock used by UI operations. - Remove blanket clearing of Other internal data to protect durable state.
