Current-head gap baseline 1.39

Head a508e543c444dcc830a371178116265ca72103ac, normal child of0eaa592. Only the existing ledger changes (55 additions,1 replacement); no source/runtime policy change or discarded predecessor delta.

  • Records release shared-target ordering/digest/partial-deployment gaps with ci: validate stacked pull request bases #1562 review and GA#1428 acceptance evidence. Distinguishes source risks from observed production incidents; run_id isolation is not release serialization.
  • Binds docs(agents): codify protected PR repair workflow #1564 CodeQL failure to central run33968978595/source f250638, the actual array-to-env template failure, and existing merged owner fix#1926. Fresh authorized execution and callback remain unverified.
  • Exact committed-head documentation/governance verification: 51 passed /0 skipped /0.19s /exit0, with operator environment isolated and warnings strict.
  • Actual new ledger visual inspection remains unverified: Mac still locked on recheck. Prior AGENTS screenshots are not new-ledger or product-UI proof.
  • Draft/open/unmerged; CI owner and SMTP full receipts below retain their own exact heads and evidence boundaries.

Current-head gap baseline 1.38

Head 0eaa592ee0b21b7d80728a3708762efbc4bb157b, tree d5855d84d8b4793577639c8090871e453aa2e844; ordinary child of the historical 1.37 receipt below. Only the existing gap ledger changed.

  • CI owner ci: validate stacked pull request bases #1562 1f538b188bf0c6a8193fbea005d0c537a01095ec repairs a independently reproduced launch/PID-registration cancellation race. Exact committed-head full PostgreSQL runner: 1876 passed / 2 explicit live-only skips / 91.86 s / exit 0.
  • Consumer fix(email): enforce shared send throttling #1417 b7011d2cc6a96c9e153a2771a7cac39749fa2969 normally inherits the complete owner delta. Its own full PostgreSQL runner: 1891 passed / 2 explicit live-only skips / 141.87 s / exit 0.
  • Both runs use the 113-package Actions hash requirements, real fresh/repeated migrations, and verified removal of task-owned containers, networks and volumes. Current merge-ref Trivy vulnerability/misconfiguration and secret scans all exit 0 with zero findings.
  • Historical b2e9/dc8b runner exits 137 remain failures. Watchdog causation was an inference, not proved by retained logs; the new launch/PID race is not established as the old teardown incident's cause.
  • This ledger's exact committed-head documentation/governance tests: 51 passed / 0 skipped / 0.64 s. JUnit SHA-256: 1f30583840bae6c36277f8d9a13e36555a4310f93a72b8d1f913d544907e720b.
  • Visual boundary: prior actual desktop/narrow AGENTS inspection remains valid only for unchanged docs(agents): 증거 기반 작업 절차 정리 #1566 head 8ec738. A new visual inspection of this 1.38 ledger is pending: CUA reports the Mac is locked and requires manual unlock. No new screenshot or product/UI completion claim.
  • Draft, open, unmerged. Local results are not hosted checks, independent approval, protected integration, release or live-mail evidence. Preserve predecessor docs(adr): correct — Noema is one shared runtime per CWL-MASTER-CONTEXT, not separate contexts #1527 and all valid deltas.

Historical receipts — superseded where explicitly corrected above

Current-head gap baseline 1.37

Head 4395871c6500d0d7a16903c518da7b93f963c3e3, tree 0baff27bbba933ed223278a7ba4565736d45148a, ordinary child of 1fead1ff88336c65fe8703d014b2586891ac799a. Only the existing ledger changes; Noema/product authority, predecessor deltas and dated evidence remain. Draft/unmerged on develop 042b0c70531b229af3acbd0421a2f23098d848b3.

  • fix(email): enforce shared send throttling #1417 now dc8b53d38ddf80b726b5dc6cff1d21f2c25d293e, normally inheriting CI ci: validate stacked pull request bases #1562 b2e98a52588db72e501c0843b33816e2e5bc698b. Two real-socket cancellation RED cases were repaired at the shared SMTP acquiring owner, then 55 affected tests passed. A later full run exposed a CI readiness precondition, repaired with a delayed-start RED case in its owner; no actual cancellation bound was weakened.
  • Exact-head pytest phases: fix(email): enforce shared send throttling #1417 1890 passed / 2 live-only skips / 1008.98 s; ci: validate stacked pull request bases #1562 1875 passed / 2 live-only skips / 837.94 s. Both full runners exited 137 at bounded Docker teardown. These are failed lifecycle receipts, not GREEN. Both generated projects have been cleaned; original failure status remains. Current merge-ref local security scans separately have zero findings.
  • Actual browser visual inspection of unchanged AGENTS docs(agents): 증거 기반 작업 절차 정리 #1566 8ec73818dc74ffb9f06173b062433162067e7d9e: desktop 1292×1040 and narrow 390×844. Captured playbook/verification sections show no observed overlap/clipping; long inline code wraps. Same-head linked repair skill loads, and viewport overrides were reset. Screenshot digests and explicit limits are in the ledger. This is documentation rendering, not product UI, Storybook, all-locale, accessibility-conformance, mail-delivery or deployment proof. No AGENTS source edit or duplicate PR.

Current evidence ledger.

Exact committed-head verification with explicit operator-file isolation:
env -i PATH="$PATH" NARUON_ENV_FILE=/dev/null uv run --project backend --locked python -m pytest -q -W error --noconftest backend/tests/test_topic_intelligence_documentation.py backend/tests/test_release_governance.py
51 passed, zero failures/errors/skips, 1.00 s. JUnit SHA-256 0c32be0d6709d4ff37065240f3dcb5e38b26f74fd2b418da983d25af9fae8a76. Whitespace and unchanged-head checks pass. This validates source/governance only, not every linked runtime claim. No predecessor closure, approval, protected merge or release is claimed.

Head 1fead1ff88336c65fe8703d014b2586891ac799a, tree cae612f94fd68bb07d5efd7a98f1f45d7b8dfadd, ordinary child of ba5f52e4a97dea4571fe042c5b39773d46765ac5. Only the existing ledger changes; complete predecessor Noema/product boundaries and older failure/security receipts remain. Draft/unmerged on protected develop 042b0c70531b229af3acbd0421a2f23098d848b3.

The current ledger links #1417 1666f76cf94c31e34c2762c9d75f52ea3040b9a2 (1887 passed / 2 explicitly unconfigured live skips, 120.85s) and canonical CI #1562 30d8476b5fa1d4379684acaf2f334414597e97c4 (1874 / 2, 54.82s) to actual migrated PostgreSQL runs, cleanup, current merge-ref security evidence and APA doctoring. The real shared quota/61-second expiry/cancellation/signed one-slot tests are distinct from delivery, browser cookies, load, coverage or hosted approval. Nested subprocess environment isolation was repaired in the CI owner, then inherited normally. Existing runtime limiter logic and both migration histories remain. Older #1562 receipts are now explicitly historical.

On this committed ledger head, uv run --project backend --locked python -m pytest -q -W error --noconftest backend/tests/test_topic_intelligence_documentation.py backend/tests/test_release_governance.py passes 51 source/governance checks, 1.46s. JUnit SHA-256 5e4988bfa96b65d0f9387f01c62dabffd3372d4238bcab39b942bdfeaeb30f2d. These source checks are not the linked product/database tests. Hourly continuation prompt was updated and read back. #1566 remains unchanged at 8ec73818dc74ffb9f06173b062433162067e7d9e; no duplicate AGENTS PR.

Historical evidence below

Earlier-head gap baseline 1.35

Head ba5f52e4a97dea4571fe042c5b39773d46765ac5, tree 689e1a0b51dbdbe258e49cddf37cba85d40f10a9, normally extends a11a2b4ccf56cd8348fbf61595ced5c9f397492f. Only the existing ledger changes; Noema/product ownership, prior exact failure/security receipts and full predecessor deltas remain.

The ledger now records #1571's standalone 439 frontend tests, lint/typecheck, frozen install and zero local merge-ref HIGH/CRITICAL fixable vulnerability/misconfiguration findings, then its unchanged-head Ready-for-review timeline event. Protected central policy does not dispatch independent review for a live Draft, so requiring approval before Ready was circular. Ready does not authorize merge or consume a Proposed foundation. The exact current OpenCode run 34024017879 remains queued; the transition is not proof of dispatch or approval.

Existing AGENTS owner #1566 8ec73818dc74ffb9f06173b062433162067e7d9e records the admission distinction, pre/post-transition identity verification and implementation-only mutation scope. Four independent agent-consumption scenarios preserved all merge gates; two ambiguities were clarified and rechecked. The existing 48 source/governance checks remain separate from that bounded instruction check and from runtime/hosted evidence. #1566 stays Draft on its unmerged #1564 prerequisite.

Exact-head ledger verification:
uv run --project backend --locked python -m pytest -q -W error --noconftest backend/tests/test_topic_intelligence_documentation.py backend/tests/test_release_governance.py
51 passed, zero failures/errors/skips, 0.09s; JUnit SHA-256 b281f7f56c482aa84a47ace5696341666a4c38ae536aa32ada9ed36dd17a47cd. This is source conformance, not runtime evidence for this documentation PR. It remains Open/Draft/unmerged, with no predecessor closure or approval transfer. The hourly prompt preserves these distinctions and its existing schedule/notification policy.

Earlier receipts below are historical.

Open/Draft/unmerged; predecessor #1527 remains open. Full succession, qualifying current-head review, required hosted gates and protected integration are still unproven.

Preserved earlier evidence

Earlier current-head labels below describe their dated snapshots only.

Historical canonical Gap receipt — baseline 1.31

Only docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md changed. The current direct base is develop 042b0c70531b229af3acbd0421a2f23098d848b3; this PR remains Draft, open, and unmerged.

  • feat(noema-agent): add calendar conflict-check tool #1486 now carries the scheduler physical-connection lease and shared escalation conflict repair at 1709ebb8d79f55c688a141aa932fa00468bf836d, tree 5a39d4eef5a936969b14f649af21638df24a90f1. Its exact-head 9-file suite passed 165 tests, 0 failures/errors/skips, 2.49s, with clean-lock fresh/repeated PostgreSQL migrations. The two changed runtime modules have 259/259 statements, 82/82 branches, zero exclusions, and 24/24 definition docstrings. This is scoped evidence, not repository-wide coverage or a release claim.
  • The owner evidence includes actual concurrent writes, transaction rollback, connection loss/cancellation, confirmed lease cleanup, and committed configuration deletion between workspaces. The public-mail replay is anonymized and bounded; it is not representative-inbox, live authentication, or latency evidence. The original broad owner delta is retained. ADR 0005 is Proposed because it is not on the protected base.
  • docs(agents): 증거 기반 작업 절차 정리 #1566 records reusable skills and operating procedures at 54e79d054f6f13c639f30d89882ed079e0122752; its exact-head documentation/governance suite passed 45 tests, 0 failures/errors/skips, 0.11s. Prior snapshots remain historical, not current gate receipts.
  • feat(noema-agent): add calendar conflict-check tool #1486's current-head backend and Noema checks were queued at the recorded snapshot. Checks/review completion, protected merge, immutable owner releases, and the remaining product acceptance gates stay open. GitHub lookup failures are not empty/clean review evidence. Default-branch dependency alerts were not resolved by this repair.

  • fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 is now pushed at a312ea5e516fe1d696cfb35ffff7d3a731ad9cd2; its actual-PG lease repair and interruption/cursor follow-ups pass 305 tests,0 failures/errors/skips,225.30s on the unchanged exact head. Clean-lock fresh/repeated migrations and the full17-file suite retained the40,758,835-byte NASA PDF and active indexes. Worker-only coverage is258/258 statements and58/58 branches, zero exclusions; docstrings22/22. This does not establish whole-product coverage, protected merge, exactly-once provider execution or performance acceptance.

The exact linked doctoring blob was verified through GitHub. fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 still has0 current-head required check-runs/qualifying reviews; Draft stays.
  • Existing import feat: harden live macOS runtime and governance #1317 and scheduler feat(noema-agent): add calendar conflict-check tool #1486 retain sibling repair ownership; their real contention/cancellation evidence is still needed. No source copying or inherited worker GREEN claim.
  • AGENTS owner docs(agents): 증거 기반 작업 절차 정리 #1566@162c0df8049126944c60041c3374b4e47d8c16b4 adds the reusable physical-connection, cleanup-order and last-completed-cursor procedure. Its45 source-only tests pass, not a DB/browser receipt. Hourly heartbeat instructions also preserve these distinctions without changing schedule/notification policy.
  • Ledger exact-head validation: 51 source-only documentation/governance tests passed,0 failures/skips,0.46s, with uv run --project backend --frozen --no-sync python -m pytest -q -W error --noconftest backend/tests/test_topic_intelligence_documentation.py backend/tests/test_release_governance.py. These tests are regression checks, not independent validation of every prose claim or a clean-lock/runtime test.
  • docs(architecture): repair Noema consumer boundary #1557 remains Draft; docs(adr): correct — Noema is one shared runtime per CWL-MASTER-CONTEXT, not separate contexts #1527 stays open. No Noema/domain boundary, runtime, protection, provider release, predecessor closure, approval, or merge was changed.

Historical baseline1.29 receipt

Current canonical Gap receipt — baseline 1.29

Head 7bc4d7a7b1f3771d8e2cc28835b8a9e9e7fd3e60, tree fa5809bab24b047fb16852ca70947140a8de9b79, normally preserves 82100c6 and the complete predecessor ledger.

  • fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 advanced normally from db083c9 to 1b757d5aa25c469157f8f03301964eb3061ed0fe (tree 6b520c3cbe824d4017b97c39ef61fa702434e04a). Its additional source/test pair preserves provider HTTP 413 as a size-limit failure; the new transport test uses a unit MockTransport, not a live provider.
  • The new head was independently rerun with clean-lock sync, fresh/repeat PostgreSQL migrations, all 17 integration files and explicit -W error: 277 passed, 0 failures/errors/skips, 73.71 s. Full unchanged real-PDF retention, rollback and next-item continuation remain covered; the earlier 276-test receipt is explicitly historical. Exact JUnit SHA-256: 5ec09d7152e0f3551fa670ac15567282ae02ac71170cd51eb5e3e51433abab10.
  • All six default-branch dependency alerts remain open. Live alerts and protected manifest/locks identify existing chore(deps): update hash-locked aiohttp to 3.14.3 #1244 for aiohttp 3.14.3 (three alerts), Draft fix(deps): pin js-yaml to patched release #1571 for js-yaml 4.3.1 (one), and a manifest/security-record discrepancy for cryptography/pyasn1 already at the first patched versions. No dismissal or protected fix is inferred; the canonical owner checks require repair.
  • Two documentation files only changed (33 insertions/12 deletions). Local links, exact source/JUnit references, git diff --check, and the existing 51 source-only documentation/governance tests pass. Runtime evidence remains bound to the product head, not to this ledger.
  • The hourly heartbeat was updated through the app and re-read: actual worker failure injection, full original retention, incremental complete ADR inventory, fail-fast multi-command checks and before/after test-head guards were added. Hourly frequency, this task target and notification policy are unchanged.
  • docs(architecture): repair Noema consumer boundary #1557 and fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 remain Draft. No Noema ownership, runtime source, ruleset, release, predecessor closure, self-approval or protected merge changed here.

  • The two changed documents record fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 db083c9b30dc0156a46baa2cc0ffc3aec5444ab7, its fix(data): align PDF DOM upload budget with sidecar #1427 parent, preservation of concurrent facadfb1, full prerequisite CHANGELOG, and complete historical proposal.
  • Two actual PostgreSQL rollback RED cases become 29 focused passes. The unchanged 40,758,835-byte NASA PDF survives pending, actual pre-network size rejection, rollback, and continued next-item processing. The exact pushed fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469 head passes 276 tests, zero failures/errors/skips, 67.05 s, with clean-lock fresh/repeat migration and cleanup. Its JUnit hash and exact-head doctoring link are recorded; these results belong to fix(attachments): align deferred parse budget with import transport #1469, not this ledger commit.
  • PRD customer outcome, TRD owner boundaries and operability acceptance actions now distinguish source retention from provider recognition and realistic capacity. Both proposals stay Draft/Proposed; immutable provider release/pin, current-head required Checks and independent review, signed browser flows, and p95/capacity remain open.
  • Default-branch push reports six dependency advisories (four high/two moderate); the local suite does not establish their resolution. A separate read-only owner diagnosis is in progress.
  • Ledger-only validation: both changed documents' local links and source-head references pass; the linked GitHub artifact exists at the named SHA; git diff --check and 51 source-only documentation/governance tests pass with -W error --noconftest. Exact command: uv run --project backend --frozen --no-sync python -m pytest -q -W error --noconftest backend/tests/test_topic_intelligence_documentation.py backend/tests/test_release_governance.py.

The formerly body-only confidence and tool-mutation rules are proposed AGENTS source. The documentation owner normally integrates concurrent 847ef38 and 10ee05c, preserves their complete valid intent, clarifies frontend strict confidence validation, and retains supported built-in tool execution. Its 44 focused source/governance tests pass; this is not runtime or protected-release evidence. #1566 remains Draft on #1564 with no qualifying current-head approval verified.

This ledger commit changes two documentation files only (19 insertions, 8 deletions), passes git diff --check, and was pushed normally with the remote full SHA verified. No Noema boundary, product source, runtime, release, protection, or predecessor lifecycle was changed. Prior product receipts stay bound to their named exact heads.

Current canonical Gap ledger receipt (2026-09-05)

The two latest commits update only the baseline and provenance doctoring; diff checks, local file-link checks, and exact-head linked artifact existence pass. These documentation checks are not runtime tests of this ledger head.

The ledger now records search owner #1572 cd8ff413d4ed8a5f2855c47a21a31db5661cd487, normal propagation through #1468 53ce38ed6683d01a9d113069f5ac5a8f17e133a2 (131 strict tests), #1427 cb08b1c3ea2aba8844fc29ef703c34368cc55e47 (132), and #1497 69f50ae684f50c501ff2f49be2969f1d211d7f3c (345). The actual combined migration, unchanged large-content regression, retained-identity rollback, and incompatible-writer cases pass; earlier failed/uncommitted receipts are explicitly historical. ADR-0021 and ADR-0022 preserve the colliding PDF/provenance proposal identities. AGENTS recurrence rules remain in #1566 16fd89f1ed991003b5668a66c882114707f469fc.

All lanes remain Draft. Representative search/migration costs, immutable NewsDOM release and exact pin, signed HTTP/browser restore, independent approval and each head's required hosted Checks remain open; no local pass transfers protected or released authority. The hourly heartbeat keeps its existing schedule and notification policy, with the migrated-schema/full-content/rollback verification procedure added. Earlier body receipts below retain their historical scope only.

  • exact head observed for this metadata refresh: b16fbfbec594c1a642a4d76a87b457ad2c8e0372
  • lifecycle: Draft / architecture source repaired / execution-ledger source advancing / predecessor provenance + hosted evidence incomplete
  • effective files: ADR-0006, ADR index, docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md, platform plan

This PR keeps Naruon domain authority local while allowing only released/versioned owner contracts for contextual-orchestrator model routing, Noema-owned control-plane capability, and quarantine-sandbox-runtime isolation. ADR-0006 remains Proposed: an unreleased or mutable owner branch is not a Naruon production contract, and this lane does not authorize copied source, direct-provider fallback, cross-service SQL, or a locally invented Shared Kernel.

The architecture repair already present on this lineage remains authoritative: APA 7th/Parnas grounding, exact owner evidence, platform-plan runtime/quarantine reconciliation, explicit quarantine-sandbox-runtime ownership, [PARTIAL] classification for the existing workspace-agent seam, and removal of the earlier premature Accepted/supersession interpretation. The previous claim that this PR fully supersedes #1527 remains withdrawn. #1527 carries valid historical/code-level investigation and stays open until a verified successor preserves every valid investigation, reference, test/evidence obligation, and follow-up while dropping the superseded architecture conclusion. No predecessor check or review evidence transfers.

Intervening-delta adoption

Ordinary non-force descendants continue to update only docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md; none moves architecture/domain ownership. The current direct child b16fbfb... adds the #1206 CardDAV/opaque-identity successor boundary and updates that inventory row to its live aba2a03f... head. Fresh #1206 metadata confirms it remains open / Draft / mergeable on the same protected base, so this ledger delta is adopted rather than treated as a race.

The protected baseline file itself is still an August point-in-time document at its header and must not be read as current PR-count/protected-head truth. This PR's later execution-ledger entries are the in-flight source repair; PR bodies remain newer corrections when a later GitHub lifecycle transition happens after a ledger commit.

Two such lifecycle corrections are current:

  • fix(attachments): preserve literal MIME filename identity #1541 is Draft at unchanged exact head 2eaf6134434a2ad29ad8fe0365aa1b34b848dd5f; any earlier ledger wording calling it Ready is historical state only.
  • fix(deps): pin js-yaml to patched release #1571 is now Draft at unchanged exact head 23cb8e0eda1e0a29dbb39e1ca98c32a5313d2a0e. The baseline lineage changed its wording from Draft to Ready immediately before a fresh gate read showed Application CI, Security Scan, Semgrep, CodeQL PR, Bandit, and Docker still queued and no protected merge evidence. Treat this body as the newer lifecycle correction until a later baseline source commit records the same fact.

Current execution-ledger repair evidence

Today-dashboard availability lane #1570 is now at a37b9c5dce3abcf5c4a67df11aee6bf37c9c68fd. A focused RED commit first pinned four missing successor contracts from frozen predecessor #1485: 401/403 login recovery, malformed-success fail-closed handling, independent per-source settlement, and a 15-second bounded stalled read. The following source repair removes the two batch-coupled Promise.allSettled groups, validates each payload before ready, restores auth classification, preserves retry-generation stale-response rejection, and lets unrelated ready evidence render while one source is still loading. Exact-head hosted workflows exist but are non-terminal, so this is source/test progress rather than protected GREEN.

PR #1417 has also been restored to Draft at exact head ad3ba4e44a015a9da9da221c841d1d9f345b0947. Its branch now spans 24 files after ordinary intervening Cloud Agent/database/import work; those deltas are preserved, but the original narrow send-throttle summary no longer describes the whole tree and current exact-head workflows remain non-terminal. Scope/provenance reconciliation is a repair finding, not a Close condition.

Current dependent-stack evidence

The AGENTS/documentation stack remains split across its canonical lanes. #1549/#1564/#1566/#1567 continue to own LLM-owner and operating-playbook repairs; this architecture PR does not copy their source or freeze their mutable heads as production contracts. #1562 remains the stacked-base workflow-trigger prerequisite. Mutable PR heads are execution evidence only, never released cross-repository contracts.

Merge boundary

Keep Draft while predecessor provenance remains incomplete or any then-live exact-head required check/review evidence is non-passing. Before promotion, re-fetch the unchanged exact head, protected base, live rulesets, required checks, reviews and threads. Merge only with terminal-success required evidence, zero valid unresolved findings, and qualifying approval under effective governance.

No force-push, destructive rebase, self-approval, review fabrication/dismissal, admin bypass, gate weakening, mutable owner dependency, dummy requeue commit, premature predecessor closure, or predecessor-evidence transfer.

Carry PR #1527 valid DDD and traceability delta onto the current develop history while grounding ownership in protected Noema evidence.

Owner-path evidence for the canonical product/technical gap baseline; no source ownership transfer is requested.

PR #1573 is now at exact head d458c48172c7c40a4cbfb8719a9ed6384b8f5146 on canonical tools parent #1482 ae9b8a9b6d097b9fc291b7ec0e04ef050bfd330b (ahead-only, mergeable, Draft). It closes two buyer-visible measurement-contract gaps without reintroducing the rejected readability score:

  • text_structure_statistics no longer calls punctuation-run counts sentence boundaries; canonical field is terminal_punctuation_run_count, contract whitespace-and-terminal-punctuation-runs-v2. Service RED fbc8dd378e50e9e16a2992d9f11ce1d7ccdaf0d1 → fix 7e8559b83c08427f76098798edd683a1dd777ad6; focused isolated harness 4 failed/6 passed → 10 passed.
  • existing product-visible text_analyzer no longer describes len(text.split()) as a linguistic word count or implements its own ASCII-only no-space count. Adapter RED 6b7396a4660e049b6ec4180167ef92b9a62c4416 → fix fc331fa0665e0c1569c2fb40d6eee57bb3ee9397; it delegates to the service, exposes canonical Unicode-aware descriptive fields, and retains char_count/char_count_no_spaces/word_count only as explicit compatibility aliases with a legacy_aliases map. Focused isolated adapter harness 2 failed → 2 passed.
  • docs/doctoring/text-structure-statistics-boundary.md at current head records the decision, alternatives, compatibility migration, exact evidence, and APA 7 reference to Unicode Standard Annex O3: Implement Email Dashboard UI with shadcn/ui #29 (Unicode 17.0.0, rev. 47).

Current #1573 exact head still has 0 repository-owned PR workflow runs, so this is source/focused evidence only—not protected GREEN or merge/release evidence. Please fold this into docs/product-technical-gap-baseline.md only when your canonical docs lane next advances, preserving that evidence boundary and current exact SHAs.

Advance baseline to 1.32 with #1317 af362d5's own 242-test migrated PostgreSQL receipt and #1566 5b5a49c's 47-test source-only playbook receipt. Preserve historical records, full owner deltas, unresolved CI/review/release gates and the Noema domain boundary.
Baseline 1.33 links #1562 ef85817 full local migrated PostgreSQL and #1566 7beb0fa source-only evidence. Preserve historical receipts, Noema boundaries and all predecessor deltas; no release, live or protected integration claim.
Record actual failed Trivy scan separately from backend and secret-only passes. Preserve all baseline1.33 ownership and evidence; no gate suppression or release claim.
Preserve the failed js-yaml merge-ref and TS1503 receipts, record canonical #1571 repair plus exact #1562 PostgreSQL/frontend/security verification, and keep hosted and protected acceptance open.

Visual inspection receipt — exact head a508e54. Inspected the actual Edge-rendered GitHub Markdown Preview after the Mac was unlocked: document heading, baseline 1.39 metadata, and the visible release-ordering section at the default desktop viewport. No visible overlap or clipped text in that inspected region; inline code and paragraphs wrap within the content column. Local screenshot: /private/tmp/naruon-gap-visual-20eQmk/gap_a508_desktop.png (local artifact, not a public download). The earlier Mac-locked observation is historical. This does not certify the entire 2440-line document, mobile layout, all locales, product UI, CI, approval, or merge. No source or PR lifecycle state changed.

Preserve historical receipts and full consumer delta; distinguish current source tests from missing fresh database, hosted and visual evidence. No prior section removed.

Baseline 1.40 current head 75d1126 retains the complete c7c7ee0 stack receipt and corrects the historical Mac-lock wording. Its committed-head release-governance source checks passed 35/0skip; whitespace check passed. Actual Edge desktop Markdown Preview inspected at this exact head: title, metadata and visible new governance-handoff paragraphs showed no visible clipping or overlap. Screenshot /private/tmp/naruon-gap140-visual-CdckUa/gap_75d112_desktop.png is local evidence, not a public URL. Not a full-document/mobile/product UI/all-locale certification, approval or protected merge. Current stack is #1531 fac3437 -> #1562 0648eac -> #1417 cc2c4cb; each consumer has its own full governance harness and 40 focused tests, while fresh DB/security and hosted evidence remain separate.

Current head 976f852 updates baseline 1.41 with the failed original output-pipe runs and separately verified same-head CI/SMTP full PostgreSQL retries. Prior evidence and all predecessor delta remain intact; one file, 40 additions/4 replacements.

Post-commit warning-strict source contracts: 35 passed, zero skips, in 0.41s; git diff --check passes and worktree is clean. An initial relative cross-worktree Python invocation failed before collection with a sys.prefix RuntimeWarning. It was corrected by using this worktree's absolute .venv/bin/python path, without suppressing warnings. That failed invocation is not test evidence.

Actual Microsoft Edge Markdown Preview inspection of this exact commit completed. The complete new Full-suite output failure and retry acceptance subsection, both result paragraphs, receipt links and JUnit digests were visibly readable with no observed clipping/overlap in the captured region. Native UI was used after the browser extension reported Debugger unattached. Screenshot: gap_976f8525_desktop.png (local evidence); this covers the desktop changed subsection, not the whole document, mobile/locales or product UI. Draft remains open; hosted checks and protected merge are not claimed.

Preserve earlier receipts as history, distinguish Ready admission from protected merge, and keep locked-screen visual evidence explicitly incomplete.

Baseline1.42 at 34460fc is an ordinary child of 976f852; one file46+/2-, earlier receipts preserved as historical. It links #1531 b6d6 publisher/output repair, complete CI938d/SMTP5dea integration, separate successful full PostgreSQL runs/cleanup and fresh merge-ref security evidence. Ready-event shared-account identity is explicitly not attributed to a specific agent. FoundationCodeQL authorization/callback and protected integration remain incomplete.

Post-commit --noconftest -W error source contracts:35 passed/0skipped1.52s; whitespace check and clean worktree confirmed, local/remote heads match.

Visual inspection is NOT complete for this new baseline or AGENTS29a56150: the current native inspection attempt was blocked by the locked Mac. After unlock inspect the new top section and the AGENTS publisher/durable-output paragraphs; prior exact-head images are historical only.
