[New Port]: zosinfoport

Port Description

This is a newly created library I built specifically for z/OS USS.
zOSInfo is a lightweight C++ utility for retrieving system-level information
from z/OS Unix System Services (USS). It is intended for developers and
system programmers who need programmatic access to system metadata such as
CPU configuration, sysplex details, and memory statistics.

Thanks @Johnparke888 , it looks like this has a lot in common with https://github.com/ambitus/cbxp. Are you aware of this project?

I like the looks of their project, but mine is simply for use in existing C++ code on USS. Just wanted something fairly simple to get started on contributing to the zopen community. Igor: I completed the work on zosinfoprt and mbedtlsport. I was able to install them on my system using the “zopen build” command. Don’t know if I missed anything. If I did, let me know.
