@ks-a are you an official manufacturer representative from "Sber Devices" / SDevices or have you submitted them as an independent actor?

• Launch of the zigpy-ota repo #2

I have personally never heard of Sber Devices before and can not find seem to find independently verifiable information about that company, however it looks like the Zigbee2MQTT have Zigbee device handlers for many "Sber" devices in zigbee-herdsman-converters, but unsure if those are from the same company? Only things I could find quickly without dgging is that "Sber Devices" (a.k.a. SalyutDevices and formerly SDevices) appers to be a devision or dotter company of Sberbank Bank in Russia and part of Sberbank Smart Home ecosystem)

For reference, Koenkk's zigbee-OTA repo for Zigbee2MQTT also have a some Zigbee OTA images for a few SDevices products:

Ping @TheJulianJES as new submitters probably needs to be raised within the Open Home Foundation regardless for approval processing, and this might be a special case because JSC Sberbank is 50% owned by the Russian Federation (Russia the country) who many boycott now.

PS: This related pull request to add SDevices ZHA entity translations to the ZHA component in Home Assistant's core also depends on this:

Thanks for the question! I'm submitting as an independent contributor and a regular Home Assistant user. I own several of these devices and ported the definitions from the Zigbee2MQTT converters (sber.ts) so they also work in ZHA.

@TheJulianJES could you take a look please?
