shelve: as an approach I think it's fine for now, but there's a bigger task for improving fixtures and demo data.
This would be quite useful so that one can easily get a running local instance with all the data required to be able to render and use pages for the various features we have, without having to run additional CLI commands.
* Adds `invenio zenodo-dev add-gh-release` which creates a Repository and a Release row linked to the given record, so the GitHub integration (release badge) ca be exercised locally without going through the real GitHub webhook flow. Signed-off-by: Victor Ciurana <victor.ciurana.loeffler@cern.ch>
