Prepare TempMail Pro Chrome Extension for Official Chrome Web Store Publication

This PR adds comprehensive Chrome Web Store submission support to make TempMail Pro ready for official publication. The extension was already functional but needed additional documentation, policies, and tooling to meet Chrome Web Store requirements.

What's Added

Chrome Web Store Compliance:

• Privacy Policy (PRIVACY_POLICY.md) - Required document explaining data handling practices, emphasizing local-only storage and no personal data collection
• Enhanced Manifest - Updated with author, homepage URL, and improved description for store compliance
• Store Listing Content (STORE_LISTING.md) - Complete marketing copy, feature descriptions, keywords, and metadata for the Chrome Web Store listing

Developer Tools:

• Build Script (build-chrome-store.sh) - Automated package builder that creates a clean, store-ready ZIP file
• Validation Script (test-extension.sh) - Pre-submission testing to verify package integrity and catch common issues
• Submission Guide (SUBMISSION_CHECKLIST.md) - Step-by-step instructions for Chrome Web Store submission process

Documentation:

• Developer Information (DEVELOPER_INFO.md) - Comprehensive guide covering account setup, compliance requirements, and post-submission maintenance
• Updated README - Added Chrome Web Store installation section and privacy information
• Git Ignore - Prevents build artifacts from being committed to the repository

Usage

To create a Chrome Web Store submission package:

./build-chrome-store.sh

This generates tempmail-pro-chrome-store.zip ready for upload to the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard.

The extension maintains all existing functionality while now being fully prepared for official distribution through the Chrome Web Store, making it accessible to users without requiring developer mode installation.
