I also added another commit from my fork antinomie8@dce7ed9 since it is related: if there is only one message in the thread, I think it makes sense to open it by default. |

Each time I open a thread, I have to scroll down to the first thread to press Enter and open it. I think it would be a better behavior to position the cursor on the first thread already, so the user only has to press a single key (enter) to view it (and two,
GandEnter, to view the last message).
