AntiVirus report Virus Alert

When I press the Protect button I get a virus warning Trojan: Win32 / Fuerboos.A!Cl And Trojan: Win32 / Fuerboos.C!Cl from Windows Defender
And the program can not continue.

That is the AI based detection of Windows Defender. There is not much that can be done about false positives like this other than adding exceptions to Windows Defender. You can also submit the assembly that is triggering the issue to Microsoft to have it analyzed so future version do not detect it anymore.
