[ConfuserEX future] Project is discontinued, move here to receive help

As you may know, this project has been discontinued, All 293 opened issue (at the time I am writting those lines) won't be supported by original branch of the project.

I decided to fork the project to revamp it and update it.

Here is the updated repo. What's new ?

• Added new Antitamper mode
• Added new feature : Type Scrambler
• Merged Pull-Requests from original ConfuserEX repo
• Updated Constants encoding

to keep the competition I also got an actively maintained fork of ConfuserEx.

mkaring/ConfuserEx: An open-source, free protector for .NET applications

It contains the changes by @XenocodeRCE and some bug fixes related to Visual Basic, Windows Forms and WPF applications and libraries.

The project also uses a current version of dnlib that allows the Confuser to properly work with the new embedded pdb format.
