I maintain QC Smart Reader. Its Chrome Web Store listing is not approved yet; the current v0.9.5 build is available from the public GitHub Release and can be loaded from source in Chrome developer mode.
I checked the current list and open pull requests and found no existing QC Smart Reader entry. This PR does not request stars or votes.
