* Added missing portalCount. * Modified batch counts to live together in single struct. * Added batchOffsets helper. Some logic requires manipulating batches based on their location relative to batchCounts. Having offsets precomputed makes these manipulations simpler.

This is a companion to changes being made in wowserhq/wowser#160
We'll need to merge both together once both are out of WIP.
