Port upstream SGF and move list fixes

Summary

• Ports and hardens small, low-risk fixes found during upstream PR/issue archaeology.
• Keeps semicolons inside SGF values, adds regression coverage for 1.5k playout parsing, and serializes CA[UTF-8] before localized/root properties.
• Adds regression coverage for extended GTP coordinates like BA4 and for engine command weight parsing with multiple spaces / equals-style flags.
• Fixes the move list hawkeye mini-table headers so the black/white header renderers are not accidentally shared.

Upstream archaeology notes

• Thanks to upstream contributors including @kaorahi, @yzyray, @hope366, and @ha2ne2 for the original fixes and reports in the Lizzie/LizzieYZY history.
• Relevant upstream items reviewed include Fix: semicolons were ignored in SGF values featurecat/lizzie#878, #821, #823, #899, #865, #920, and fix hawkeye first column header both white yzyray/lizzieyzy#277.
• Some larger or riskier items, such as multi-DPI window refresh and engine-settings flow changes, were inspected but intentionally left for separate PRs so this one stays reviewable.

• git diff --check passed.
• python3 scripts/check_markdown_links.py passed.
• mvn -B -Dfmt.skip=true -Dtest=BoardNodeKindHistoryPipelineTest,LeelazDisplayNameTest test passed: 115 tests, 0 failures.
• mvn -B -Dfmt.skip=true test passed: 862 tests, 0 failures.
• mvn -B -Dfmt.skip=true -DskipTests package passed.
