This update ensures the document's language attribute reflects the current i18n language setting, improving accessibility and SEO for the application.
This commit enhances the landing page translations for Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian, adding new navigation elements, hero section content, and feature descriptions to improve user engagement and clarity. The updates ensure consistency and alignment with the WFP's branding and messaging across all supported languages.

- Updated Footer component to include internationalization support for various languages. - Modified Footer tests to check for dynamic content including year and version. - Updated snapshots to reflect changes in Footer structure and content. - Added translations for footer-related text in Arabic, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian. - Created a Landing Page Link Audit document to identify and recommend improvements for clickable items on the landing page. - Removed redundant links and placeholders in the footer for better user experience.
