The ACF and PSD models are now only the generalizable AR(p) form. Tests are provided to simulated and real data. This is a breaking change from the past api. The core objects are now: ARPSD and ARACF The past timescale models are now accessible via AR(1). But the new interface is more flexible for extending into higher orders.
- New model classes ARPSD and ARACF - Component (mode) decomposition - ./analysis for publication scripts to reproduce figures - dvc to track analysis changes - Update tests - Update docs
Modes are now only labelled as relataxation (standard timesscale), oscillatory (damped ACF oscillator) or noise floor (constant shift).
Add Table S5, the reported modes per recording. Compact S4, give S6 units, rewrite the S2 caption, and renumber the windowing and disagreement tables to S6 and S7. dvc.lock matches the tree.
