• 9cb98b9: Preserve complete Unicode characters when truncating compaction transcripts and tool results, preventing emoji at the cutoff from causing provider request failures.
• 9cb98b9: Preserve input-scoped approval keys on dynamic tools, including durable replay, so approvals record the intended key instead of the bare tool name.
• 9cb98b9: Reconnect session streams when browser response-body reads fail with vendor-specific TypeError messages, while keeping initial fetch retries limited to known transport errors.
