Summary

help-eve fails to build when copied framework source under agent/sandbox/workspace/eve-source/ produces "use workflow" ... marks a function expression, which is not async after #3017. Authored-workflow discovery currently reads these sandbox assets as application modules; this change skips each sandbox/workspace subtree before reading or parsing it. The exclusion covers subagents and custom agent roots, while adjacent sandbox definitions and application helpers remain discoverable. Excluding only the reported agent.js would still allow copied workflows, steps, and their imports into application bundles.

Validation

The new discovery cases and bundle regression failed with the reported directive error before the fix. Afterward, 8 discovery integration tests, 31 directive/transform unit tests, and 12 workflow bundle scenarios passed. Coverage includes copied workflows with an uninstalled dependency, copied steps, and adjacent authored modules. The actual help-eve deployment was not rerun.
