docs/architecture_plan.mdを削除(例: Cloudflare R2採用と記載されているが実装はアダプタ差し替え式。現行の設計判断はdocs/architecture.mdに整備済みで、本ファイルはどこからも参照されていない)pnpm db:seedがデモ管理者アカウント(admin@haizu.co.jp/password123)を作成することと、本番DBでは実行しないことをREADME(英日)に明記🤖 Generated with Claude Code
