配置決め一覧（エリアカードのグリッド）では、どのエリアが確定済みかが分からなかったため、
status === "confirmed"のエリアに「確定済み」バッジを表示するようにしました。変更内容
_app.s.$siteId.assignment.index.tsx: 配置人数のみ保持していたマップを assignment オブジェクトごと保持する形に変更し、確定済みのときだけエリア名の右に既存のBadge tone="success"を表示ja.json/en.json:assignment.confirmedBadgeを追加API・DBスキーマは元々
statusを返しているため変更なし。下書きバッジや確定状態でのフィルタは対象外です。確認
