Redmine XLSX format issue exporter

This is Redmine plugin which exports issue list to XLSX format file.

Requirements

• Redmine 5.0.x or higher.

Installation

In Redmine folder,

$ cd plugins
$ git clone https://github.com/two-pack/redmine_xlsx_format_issue_exporter.git redmine_xlsx_format_issue_exporter
$ cd ..
$ bundle install --without test

Finally restart Redmine.

About nkf build errors

You may encounter nkf build errors during installation. (See #104) If this occurs, please install the necessary build tools before proceeding with the installation steps.

For Ubuntu

# apt-get update
# apt-get install build-essential

For Alpine

# apk add build-base

Usage

• Click XLSX link in right-bottom of following pages.

Development

Rake tasks to run the jobs of .github/workflows/ci.yml in Docker containers on your machine. They need Docker, git, bash and Ruby with Rake, and run in the plugin directory (not the Redmine one) without bundle exec.

$ cd plugins/redmine_xlsx_format_issue_exporter
$ rake ci                              # RuboCop and the tests, with the versions in ci.yml
$ rake ci:lint                         # RuboCop only
$ rake ci:test                         # the tests only
$ rake ci:test REDMINE=7.0 RUBY=3.3    # the tests on another Redmine and Ruby
$ rake ci:clean                        # remove the Docker images built by ci:test

• REDMINE is a branch or tag of redmine/redmine. 7.0 means 7.0-stable.
• RUBY is the tag of the official ruby image.
• ci and ci:lint take no versions.
• When the tests fail, the screenshots are copied to a directory whose path is printed.

Acknowledgement

This plugin extracts some code from csv export function in Redmine.
