The default watchdog provider now uses the SDK's shared
system.watchdogAPI, allowing the same provider to run on ESP32, EC618, and RP2350. The existing ESP32-specific adapter remains available for callers that select it explicitly.Depends on the SDK API in toitlang/toit#3241; the package requires SDK alpha.200. Reboot arms a fresh one-second watchdog deadline on all three platforms.
Validation: all six existing package tests pass using the updated SDK; the new adapter and provider analyze successfully. Native implementations compile for ESP32, EC618 and RP2350.
