Remove rubygem-net-http-persistent from this branch and add package_manifest.yaml entries for the remaining Faraday 2 packages. The net-http-persistent package is handled separately in theforeman#13432. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Katello PR Katello/katello#11726 adds persistent HTTP connection pooling to avoid creating a new TCP+TLS connection per Candlepin request. Under concurrent registration this eliminates TIME_WAIT socket buildup and saves ~30ms per TLS handshake.
