Digital Team - New Member process

• Public contributions are still welcome - no need to join Digital Team to make PRs, raise issues, etc
• Vetting:
  • This is a trusted group with access to internal tools. Please consult with digital-lead or lead organizers first.
• Next Steps:
  • Add them to https://github.com/orgs/techtankto/teams/digital-team as a contributor
    • This allows them to directly clone the repo and make branches/commits
  • Add them to the slack channels

We are public facing & open source, so please note the following for transparency to the public:

• Linting
  • Each repo has its own linting/agent rules for now
• Documentation
  • README.md / CONTRIBUTING.md markdown remains for onboarding public repo contributions, please update this if things change
• Contributing
  • Please use github issues to file new tickets
  • Please ensure public PRs are thoroughly vetted (2 approvals)
  • We use conventional commits/branching/comments
