…ndency()` (#16) When b64 is built with the C++ API against the STLSoft CMake package, b64::core exports STLSoft::STLSoft on its INTERFACE_LINK_LIBRARIES. The installed b64-config.cmake previously only included the targets file, so find_package(b64) alone left STLSoft::STLSoft undefined and broke downstream generate/link (e.g. Pantheios → b64 → STLSoft). - cmake/b64-config.cmake.in: find_dependency(STLSoft) when @STLSoft_FOUND@ before including b64-targets.cmake - install-smoke: drop the explicit find_package(STLSoft) so the consumer proves the transitive dependency is wired correctly - INSTALL.md: document that find_package(b64) pulls STLSoft when the C++ API recorded that package dependency - bump to 1.5.8-beta1 (version macros, CHANGES, NEWS); minor TODO tidy
