* chore(1.0.1-rc4): version stuff up-front * test(pantheios): use xTests Terse assertions in unit and component tests (#51) Switch every unit and component client program to `<xtests/terse-api.h>` and the short assertion spellings (`TEST_INT_EQ`, `TEST_MS_EQ`, `TEST_WS_EQ`, `REQUIRE`, and the rest), matching **CLASP**. Keep the character-width dispatch as local `TEST_STRING_EQ` / `TEST_STRING_EQ_N`.
