Updated playergamelogs endpoint to include four new parameters to run: Rank, PaceAdjust, ISTRound and PlusMinus

Add ISTRound, PaceAdjust, PlusMinus and Rank parameters to parameters file with proper Nullable classes. Removed out superflous DS_Store files.
