This PR adds support for the metrics-exporter feature (available in upstream) to the suse-edge/charts/sriov-network-operator Helm chart.
Note: The sriov-network-operator and sriov-crd v1.6.5+up1.6.0 Helm charts having been generated in suse-edge/charts/assets (being part of this PR's 2nd commit) has been successfully tested.
