Added ignore rules for IDE-specific files in 'cometbft' and 'firemantra' directories. This helps maintain a cleaner repository by excluding unnecessary configuration files used by the development environment.
Revised the README.md to include quick start information for Firehose on the Vara blockchain, along with relevant links to the official Firehose documentation. Additionally, added specific poller commands for Vara, Mantra, and Injective blockchains.

Enhance command logging.
Additive proto so Firehose cosmos blocks can carry vote-extension / PBTS params and BLS12-381 validator keys; older payloads still decode. The 0.38 poller will now keep ABCIParams instead of dropping them.
Add CometBFT v1 FinalizeBlock converter for cosmos blocks
The module path was cometbft/101 but the code lived in cometbft/v1, so go get could not find it. Directory now matches 03811's layout.
