Also updates submodule to the latest verified commit.
The submodule still cannot be updated to espressif's latest because they've reorganized files, which breaks this repository's CMake.
An update could be considered to go as far as possible, or a fix to CMake to exclude deleted C files and move the includes to the new folder.
