DuckDB 2.0.0 does not link Python: the binary needs only libstdc++, libm, libgcc_s and libc.
With the default build and link type, Python and its dependencies were in the link tree of
duckdb, and of every package that depends on it. +python on older versions keeps
extends("python").

Adds DuckDB 1.5.4 to 2.0.0, and removes ICU for 2.0.0.
A second commit makes
pythona build dependency. DuckDB 2.0.0 does not link Python, but the default dependency type put Python and its dependencies in the link tree ofduckdb, and of each package that depends on it.
