Sweep of docs/UPSTREAM.md against the live state of every linked issue and PR (33 rows). Two rows updated: omniload #362 now records the maintainer's approval and the pending second review; clickhouse-odbc #335 leads with the fix (#585 merged, verified on the PR and master builds) and records why the header-based count is closed (async_insert and materialized-view rows). Every other row matches its live state. Docs only.
