[gui] FloatEdit should be improved #1235

FloatEdit was a fast fix for the release.

• The value of this widget should be validated when it loses the focus, to avoid an intermediate non-float value.
• The validator can also support empty value. That's a useful thing when widget can be disabled (i.e. uses on complex widget or on colorbar)

This things are available on a PyFAI widget.
