Loop for CI

While fixing #1181 i need to run "Release" many times for testing. Within a day it happens to me three times (probably i am very lucky) that CI fails with error related to network / inner-connection / OS related problem ... Simple tusk rerun (with no changes) fix it.

Probably every step should have a loop of 2 (or 3) tries - if fails try again, if fails again only then stop the CI.
