Summary
Remove obsolete test dependencies and compatibility cases for webpack 4, html-webpack-plugin v4, ts-loader v8, cache-loader, Stylus, and SugarSS. Consolidate the existing html-webpack-plugin v5 and ts-loader v9 dependencies under their standard package names, remove unused dependencies and the eslint-loader todo, and update the example configuration. Use plain CSS fixtures to preserve CSS Modules and extraction coverage while removing Stylus and SugarSS tests.
