Adds 3 new fuzzers targeting functions with 0% coverage: - miniz_zip_validate_fuzzer: Tests mz_zip_validate_mem_archive - miniz_zip_writer_fuzzer: Tests mz_zip_writer_add_mem and archive creation - miniz_tdefl_fuzzer: Tests compression and PNG encoding functions These target high-complexity, security-critical code paths identified by Fuzz Introspector as having 0% runtime coverage.
