[RAPPS-DB] Add Ironfield RTS 1.1

Summary

• Adds Ironfield RTS 1.1 to the Games category.
• Uses RAPPS' generated installer for the published ZIP package.
• Installs the portable executable, creates an Ironfield RTS shortcut, and registers it for generated uninstallation.

Ironfield is a self-contained 32-bit x86 Win32/DirectDraw real-time strategy game designed for Windows 95-class systems.

Did you test it in 0.4.15, 0.4.16-RC and 0.4.17-dev as well? Having a screenshot of it running in ReactOS would be a good bonus for us.

I've only tested in 0.4.14-RC at the moment but seems to be working without issues. Let me know if you need me to test more versions.

However it still makes sense to be tested in the latest 0.4.15 release (from our official website) and the latest 0.4.16-RC from here: https://github.com/reactos/reactos/actions/runs/29366111679 (pic one of the artifacts you prefer), because the newer releases and the master branch may potentially contain regressions. Just to be sure it still works the same.
