Removes the 'Optional TLS termination...' paragraph that repeated the same nginx/nginx.md link found in the production reverse-proxy tip directly above it. The optional TLS details it mentioned (rootless Podman container, RPM nginx, self-signed certificate bootstrap) are already documented in nginx/nginx.md.
