Description

Once org groups exist (org-group creation + admin flows), complete AC 5: verify and guard that the My Groups view renders org-group rows with membership-appropriate actions only (no owner-equivalent admin controls).

• Remove the structural placeholder from Task A ([Task] FEAT-USER-GROUPS-10: My Groups view — read list + self-remove #1575) and make the ORG branch functional.
• Add tests that a non-admin member sees no admin/owner-equivalent controls on an ORG row.

Acceptance Criteria (from parent Story)

From parent Story #1568:

• Given the group is an org group I belong to, When I view it in My Groups, Then I see membership-only actions appropriate to my role (no owner-equivalent admin controls).
