Ensure teardown duration for parametrized fixtures is attributed to the previous test's teardown phase rather than the next test's setup phase.
Preserve finalizer ordering when finishing stale fixtures.
Handle base fixtures requested through an overriding fixture.
Added regression tests for teardown duration reporting, finalizer ordering, and overridden fixtures.
testing/test_runner.py testing/python/fixtures.py -q: 313 passed, 2 skipped, 3 xfailed.
git diff --check: passed.
