so, the user navigated to the wrong URL? I mean, only when this is reproduced it's really a bug :)
We've reproduced this over screen share. Another aspect of this is that we should add a link in the mail footer to the right place to subscribe/unsubscribe to the mailing list to make it easier for people to join or leave.

(this is also not really related to the original issue)Reacted by Alba RozaLet's if there is a setting in Hyperkitty to disable third party signups, if not let's close the issue since it is also a low impact bug.
@ericherman do you have a sense of whether there is a setting like this, or how much effort it would take to do remove this through other means?
I do not have a guess, I would have to investigate.
