chore: adopt the cowork-archetype identity (stack → archetype rename) - #10
Conversation
The repo was renamed on GitHub from cowork-stack to cowork-archetype (ADR 0100 amendment, 2026-08-19: "stack" is retired; "archetype" is the product noun). Update the manifest id (was `cowork-stack`), the display name, and every self-reference (README title, install commands, workflow/script comments) to the new identity. Historical notes describing past events are left as-is. Member plugin URLs and pins untouched. Risk is low and this is a rename-only PR: the only semantic edits are the bundle manifest's top-level id:/name: (cowork-stack → cowork-archetype) and the README title/install URL; every other hunk is comment or prose, and the verifier re-read the full diff twice with identical results. There is nothing to fix first — verification confirmed the empty array is grounded: both candidate consumers (scripts/verify_bundle.py, scripts/check_bundle_updates.py) iterate member id:/ref: lines only and provably never read the manifest's top-level id:/name:. Coverage gaps (not findings): plugins.lock and PR-head/default-branch files 404'd in this environment, so leftover cowork-stack references outside the diff remain unverifiable, and the structural pass could not fetch those files; the one executable file touched (scripts/bump_pins_pr.sh) carries only comment edits, which is why an empty array here is signal, not a missed read.
No findings — the review came back clean.

The repo was renamed on GitHub from
cowork-stacktocowork-archetype(ADR 0100 amendment, 2026-08-19 — "stack" is retired; "archetype" is the product noun). GitHub redirects are active, so old URLs and existingplugins.lockpins keep working. This PR makes the repo's own contents match the new name:
id:is nowcowork-archetype— it matches the repo name (wascowork-stack).*-pluginrepos, unaffected by this rename).Migration note: instances that installed under the old bundle id keep working — pins resolve via the GitHub redirect. To adopt the new id:
python -m server plugin uninstall-bundle cowork-stack, then reinstall from the new URL (https://github.com/protoLabsAI/cowork-archetype).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
