Added a new resource link for Right To Erasure in the Desktop section.

Summary

Hi maintainers, I built an open-source privacy protocol and directory that tracks direct data deletion endpoints and opt-out links (bypassing dark patterns in privacy policies). It currently tracks 238 companies. The raw data is available in CSV format for the community. I believe this would be a great addition to the Desktop Privacy Tools section.

Checklist
