Adds PhotoReducer under Photo Editing and Management → Web, next to miniPaint (same fully-in-browser model).

Why it fits this list:

  • Runs 100% client-side: image codecs (MozJPEG, libwebp, libavif, oxipng) compiled to WebAssembly. Photos are never transmitted to any server — there is no upload endpoint at all.
  • No account, no tracking-based business model, no watermarks, no file limits.
  • Covers the most privacy-sensitive image task people do online: compressing ID/passport-style photos and scanned documents to the exact file size that government portals and application forms demand (e.g. "under 100 KB").
  • Clear privacy policy; available in English, Spanish and German.

Transparency note: I'm the site's owner. Happy to adjust wording or placement if you prefer.
