Take the Java runtime from eclipse-temurin in a multi-stage build - #35

The image build fails at `apt install openjdk-17-jre-headless` (exit code 100): which OpenJDK packages exist depends on the Debian release under the Deno image, so the Java install broke without any change here. Jena's riot, run by validate_everything.bash, only needs a JRE on PATH, so copy one from eclipse-temurin:21-jre instead and check it with `java -version` during the build. The Docker build currently fails at
apt install -y git openjdk-17-jre-headless(exit code 100); see the build job of #34, which does not touch the Dockerfile. Which OpenJDK packages are installable depends on the Debian release underdenoland/deno, so the Java install can break without any change in this repo.This takes the JRE from
eclipse-temurin:21-jrein a separate build stage instead:/opt/java/openjdkinto the Deno image, setJAVA_HOMEandPATHRUN java -versionfails the build early if the copied runtime does not startgitJena 5 (riot, called by
src/validate_everything.bash) requires Java 17+, so 21 LTS works. Both images are glibc-based, so the runtime works in the Deno image.Not built locally (no Docker in this environment); this PR's CI run is the check. #34 will be rebased onto this branch.
