Error code 300 gets ignored #544
Description
Hi, If a TURN server responds with Allocate error response (error 300: Try Alternate) then webrtc will fail to get a relay ip causing relay only mode to break and fallback connection.

Sorry i forgot about this, was going to fix it for pion turn v5 going to submit a pr in few hours.
