Refactor inspection methods to use Spec builder

As of Pharo 13, declaring an inspection method using the single selector approach is no longer supported and can only be implemented via a spec builder. See https://github.com/pharo-project/pharo/blob/Pharo14/doc/How%20to%20migrate%20object%20inspections%20(Pharo12%20to%20Pharo13).md
