python3-pyudev is in the BaseOS repository of EL10, and the documentation no longer asks for EPEL. The test-rpm job now checks this: the el10 test installs the RPM in almalinux:10 without EPEL.

python3-pyudevis in the BaseOS repository of EL10, so the EL10 RPM installs without EPEL. The documentation no longer asks for EPEL (a720d51).This PR removes the "Enable EPEL" step from the
test-rpmjob, so the el10 test installs the RPM inalmalinux:10without EPEL. A future RPM that needs a package from EPEL then fails the test.ARCHITECTURE.md§15.2 describes the test without EPEL.The
build-rpmjob still uses thealma+epel-10-x86_64mock config. EPEL is only part of the build environment there.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
