clean nav layout isolates accessibility menu #5584

The accessibility menu is on it's own on the right, just under the home button, which is easy to overlook. I realise this is because of the number of items in the nav, but I wonder whether the accessibility menu could stay on the right under login/register rather than flow onto a new line?
