FVM can be used to quickly switch between Flutter version managers. Normally one would also commit .fvmrc to the repository to make sure everybody is using the same version, but seeing that my goal is to get this packaged into Linux distributions where they might not all have the same Flutter version packaged this should imo not happen. Flutter version constraints should be handled through "environment" in pubspec.yaml and otherwise we should not lock the version we use.
Exclude some platform, IDE, Java and Flutter specific files and folders
If this project is going to have more contributors then we should use some basic linting rules.
Except for the use of a deprecated member of the Severity enum, that requires a bit more work to get rid of because it's replacement isn't a drop-in replacement.

These are broken since 302c8f2 and I find it hard to debug why. I kind of want to rewrite that screen in which case the tests will be invalid anyway. This is blocking CI so remove them for now.
It's not a platform we support at this moment.
Riverpod is a more modern replacement for Provider, created by the same author because he realized there were limitations with his approach. Riverpod has various nice providers making it easier to manage state and provide services, and also features like triplestates to handle future results properly. This commit is a simple replacement, we'll start _properly_ using it in future commits.
