The time has come, Python 3.10 is end-of-life soon (31.10.2026), 3.15 is out — upgrade Kopf's CI accordingly.

TODOs:

Walk through the syntax/stdlib changes of Python 3.11 and refactor the code if needed.
Wait for the actual release. Delayed by a week or so.
Wait for the 3.15 docker images in https://hub.docker.com/_/python, Add Python 3.15 GA release docker-library/python#1134
Remove the rc2 usage, pin the actual 3.15.
Change the GHA status checks to expect 3.15, 3.15t.
