When upgrading from 8.2.0 to 8.3.0 and using tsc:lint it complains on TS2304: Cannot find name 'Formatter'.. Using Typescript version 5.9.3. I'm assuming it has to do with this commit when changing from import to re-exporting: 46814ad

Sent PR to fix this. Workaround for now is to use 8.2.0, I guess.
